Adding a signature and display name
The display name is the name that your recipient sees in their email client along with your email address. The signature is a standard block of text that is added to the bottom of your emails automatically, it usually contains your name, contact details, etc.
You can set both of these up for use in webmail from the Settings page. These settings only apply to webmail, if you use another email client such as Outlook there will be separate settings in there.
- Once logged into webmail click on Settings at the top right of any of the webmail views
- Click on Identity
- Enter your details as you want them to appear in your emails
- Click Save
The new settings will apply to any new emails you compose.
