You can now add a favicon (website icon/shortcut icon/tab icon/bookmark icon) to your self service website, which will display in the address bar of the browser accessing your site or next to your site’s name in favourites/bookmarks.

Your favicon is used as a marketing logo to help users identify your website. It is most commonly 16x16 pixels.

You can add your favicon in Site Theme, under Site Options at the bottom left-hand side of the page. Just drag and drop an image or click the Your Favicon icon and select an image. We’ll do all the conversions to make sure it looks great on all devices!
